Responsibilities
- Definition and optimization of processes for the development of safety-related electronic products
- Management of process projects and execution of workshops together with technical teams
- Ensuring process conformity with relevant rail safety standards (e.g., EN5012x) as a prerequisite for product certification
- Training colleagues in all process-related topics
- Monitoring and auditing development projects with regard to the correct application of defined processes
- Harmonizing processes across all locations in the Global Brake Electronic division
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and to work accurately and independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to moderate international teams; evaluation criteria TO
- Technical degree, at least bachelor level or comparable qualification
- German, business fluent
- English, business fluent
- Experience in process management
- Experience in change management related to the introduction of processes and process improvement
- Knowledge of functional safety (rail, automotive, aviation, or medical) and maturity models (CMMI or Automotive Spice) desirable
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
