Responsibilities
  • Definition and optimization of processes for the development of safety-related electronic products
  • Management of process projects and execution of workshops together with technical teams
  • Ensuring process conformity with relevant rail safety standards (e.g., EN5012x) as a prerequisite for product certification
  • Training colleagues in all process-related topics
  • Monitoring and auditing development projects with regard to the correct application of defined processes
  • Harmonizing processes across all locations in the Global Brake Electronic division
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team and to work accurately and independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to moderate international teams; evaluation criteria TO
  • Technical degree, at least bachelor level or comparable qualification
  • German, business fluent
  • English, business fluent
  • Experience in process management
  • Experience in change management related to the introduction of processes and process improvement
  • Knowledge of functional safety (rail, automotive, aviation, or medical) and maturity models (CMMI or Automotive Spice) desirable
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
