We are looking for talented individuals with excellent German and English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

Be part of a dedicated team that reviews and categorizes social media commercial ads, as well as moderates business content, helping to build a better user experience.

Note: This position is not remote. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do:

1. Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
2. Ensure that all user-uploaded information complies with guidelines and client policies.
3. Make balanced decisions to advocate effectively for the online community.
4. Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
5. Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently.
6. Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
8. Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

What we expect from you:

1. Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
2. Very good knowledge of English.
3. Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency with Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
7. A positive, proactive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
8. Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is an advantage.
