We are looking for talented individuals with excellent German and English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

Note: This position is not remote. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).
What you will do:
- Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
- Ensure that all user-uploaded information complies with guidelines and client policies.
- Make balanced decisions to advocate effectively for the online community.
- Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
- Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently.
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
What we expect from you:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is an advantage.
