We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our database systems with accurate and timely information. Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Prepare and organize data for entry, including sorting, scanning, and digitizing documents.
• Verify and validate data accuracy by comparing source documents with entered data.
• Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on database information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Follow data entry protocols and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security.
• Respond promptly to data entry inquiries and requests from team members.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong typing skills and accuracy, with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data entry best practices.
