• Operate, maintain, and improve data center infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, racks, and material handling systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor metal/woodwork tasks (including welding)
• Manage inventory and spare parts, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams (FOC, NOC, DCO, Security) and external vendors
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC and material handling equipment
• Experience in mission-critical environments (Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Airports, Hospitals, Heavy Industry)
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
• Formal training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
