Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Santos Lisbon Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Start Dates: 2 February 2026, 16 February 2026

Schedule: Rotative shifts Monday to Saturday 08:00-20:00

Job Description: We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Santos (Lisbon). The role involves providing customer support.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: 1400 gross (no experience required)

• Possible signing bonus up to 2500 (gross)

• Assistance in finding accommodation

• Relocation bonus: 2500 gross (paid with first payroll)

• 1500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km from Lisbon)
