We’re an early-stage startup enabling efficient logistics through innovative technology, driven by our belief that bad processes waste resources. With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely, we’re searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for them within the company.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals, pain points, and product usage and turn their feedback into actionable insights that drive targeted solutions, optimise their experience, and ensure long-term success.
  • Continuously monitor customer health scores and proactively reach out to address potential concerns before they arise.
  • Analyse feedback, monitor market trends, and conduct competitive analysis & market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and process optimisations.
Product Management
  • Together with the Product Owner, define a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our company goals and ensures that our offerings not only meet current customer demands but also anticipate future market shifts
  • Assess potential new markets, customer segments, and product features that can drive expansion and increase our market presence
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales & marketing, and other teams to ensure that our Go Lives are executed efficiently, enabling us to capture new opportunities swiftly and effectively
  • Analyse existing product workflows and implement improvements to enhance product efficiency and reduce time-to-market
  • Keep a close eye on cost structures to identify opportunities for savings without compromising product quality
  • Streamline customer support processes, utilizing feedback and data to improve response times and overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
Essential skills and experiences
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles within a B2B environment.
  • Native-level Spanish proficiency is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
  • Client-facing experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
  • A strong interest in software development is essential. Candidates should be technically savvy and comfortable learning new tools, with basic coding experience considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes and technical requirements and create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive mutual success
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-Centric Mindset with the ability to prioritise and anticipate customer needs, committed to delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience.
  • The ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate implementation strategies to diverse audiences
  • Prior professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments, particularly in logistics, business development, project management, or finance is a plus
