A leading online services company in Berlin is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue through upselling. What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey - from onboarding through renewal - ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, including billing and service-related inquiries.

  • Monitor advertising campaign performance and product usage, proactively suggesting optimization measures.

  • Gather and share customer feedback with Product and Business teams to continuously improve our offering.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Finance, and Project Management to resolve customer needs effectively.

Who You Are
  • You have experience in customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role.

  • You bring knowledge of CRM tools and have a background in online advertising.

  • You communicate clearly and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’re skilled at problem-solving and can navigate complex requests independently.

  • You're fluent in English and German.
