What you can expect

• You are the permanent contact person for DKV customers and responsible for all customer matters and establish customer contacts in accordance with the target group defined in the sales concept.
• You take care of the reactivation of DKV customers with low or no sales or turnover and strive to expand sales for fuels and to carry out targeted upselling of DKV products and services.
• You will deal with customer enquiries and correspondence, process new customer applications and inform customers about new DKV service features.
• You will obtain commercial and bank information, procure direct debits and securities, process complaints, reminders and protests and implement credit and total blocks.
• You order and block DKV LEOs, send DKV LEOs, admission documents etc. to new customers.
• You request and process receipts, enter conditions and support the sales force.
• You create reports for customers and superiors, monitor incoming payments and overdue payments and take on special tasks.

• You have a degree in business administration or qualified commercial training with several years of sales-oriented professional experience.
• You can communicate effectively, have an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to convey clear and concise information.
• You have the ability to collect and analyse data, measure key performance indicators to identify trends and make decisions on this basis.
• You are solution-oriented, seek to find creative solutions and handle customer enquiries efficiently.
