As our business continues to grow rapidly we are looking to expand our customer team to meet the growing number of customer inquiries and provide customer-centric service quality swiftly.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is eager to communicate with Greek-speaking customers and grow their career in the technical customer service field.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times
  • Collaborate across multiple digital channels to collect customer inquiries and initiate the internal process including creating tickets allocating them to appropriate response team based on product line and work category.
  • Follow up on inquiry tickets and ensure they are responded to within the expected time frame (SLA); also flag urgent cases directly to the technical team.
  • Communicate with all levels within the business to help customers receive timely and accurate resolutions to their queries.

Requirements :

  • A passion for customer service coupled with strong communication skills.
  • An adaptative team player who is capable to work in a fast-growing international team.
  • Basic technical knowledge a customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate in an international team environment
  • Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek is desirable.
  • Passion for learning with a down to earth personality and a can-do mentality.

Office-based working hours : 10 : 00 to 18 : 30.
