  • Strategic Tech Roadmap: Define and drive the medium‑ and long‑term technological direction and select future‑proof tech stacks.
  • Platform Scaling: Optimize and expand our existing systems to ensure maximum stability and performance as our user base grows.
  • Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and build an agile engineering team, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to technical standards and integrate data security and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) within the German and European markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Management and the Executive Board to align business objectives with technical execution.

  • Experience: Proven track record in software engineering (full‑stack) and several years of experience in leading technical teams.
  • Expertise: Demonstrable success in scaling cloud infrastructures and managing complex platform architectures.
