A leading fashion e-commerce platform in Berlin seeks a Creative Services Project Manager to manage and deliver creative projects for brand partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a degree in marketing or communication. As part of Zalando's Content Solutions Team the Creative Services team is specialised in developing and managing creative services and delivering creative projects for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Thus we are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to grow our Creative business by handling strategic creative campaigns and help our partners to achieve long-term marketing success by offering holistic tailored this role you will be a part of the Creative Services Team responsible for managing various types of creative projects and have the opportunity to gain experience in managing projects for Zalando and brand partners.
You’ll manage the execution of creative projects for brand partners, managing project execution in close partnership with the responsible teams and the partner marketing services teams.
You’ll be responsible for successfully delivering creative projects by steering multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, organising and prioritising tasks and teams' efforts accordingly and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
You will be in charge of the planning & timelines, approvals and content deliverables of all campaigns, coordinating between different teams and external and internal Zalando stakeholders.
You’ll communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle including preparing updates for senior management, leading meetings and presenting to brand partners alongside internal stakeholders.
You’ll lead and collaborate closely with all stakeholders, particularly the creative and production teams to execute complex creative content productions (including images, videos etc.).
You’ll resolve issues that can cause delays, conflicts and other challenges in meeting project requirements and manage crisis situations when needed and escalate as appropriate.
You’ll hold workshops and retrospective meetings to enable and strengthen collaboration as well share best practices and knowledge to strengthen our creative project management.
You’ll strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery by aligning timelines and strategies, optimising ways of working and processes for efficiencies by working closely with leadership teams.
You bring at least 4 years of experience in account / project management roles as freelancer or within a creative agency or production company preferably in fashion and lifestyle and digital advertising or e-Commerce company.
You have a strong understanding of project management ideally within a digital / creative agency enabling you to confidently navigate stakeholder needs building lasting relationships and ensuring high quality creative output that meets the outlined campaign objectives
You possess knowledge in content and creative production (digital offline etc.) processes and proven track record of realizing and managing impactful & complex 360 creative campaigns.
You have strong customer focus, proactiveness and the ability to think one step ahead with the client in mind.
You embody a hands-on mentality, thrive in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always strive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time. You know how to prioritize and manage workloads across multiple campaigns and / or clients.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to identify the right stakeholders allowing you to effectively manage expectations of all parties involved. You remain calm and collected even when facing challenges.
You can work independently as well as within a team environment.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to network, collaborate and also resolve conflicts in challenging situations.
You have a degree in marketing, communication, multimedia production or similar fields and are fluent in English.
