Responsibilities
- Lead digital‑first creativity: drive the development of holistic brand communications across digital platforms, from campaign concepts and branded content to interactive activations and digital ecosystems.
- Use technology as a creative catalyst: apply emerging tools such as GenAI, immersive design, and interactive storytelling to amplify brand narratives.
- Inspire and guide a creative team: mentor art directors, copywriters, and motion designers through concept, pitch, and production stages.
- Stay ahead of digital trends: spot shifts in platforms, behaviors, and formats to keep work forward‑thinking, relevant, and bold.
- Lead creative production: guide teams through the production process, whether for video shoots, AI‑generated content, or smart, format‑aware assets for social and digital platforms.
- Present and partner with confidence: communicate creative strategies and ideas persuasively to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across creative and business goals.
- Contribute to growth: actively support new business pitches and innovation showcases with fresh ideas and compelling presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Background in digital brand communication, digital campaigns, and content creation across web, mobile, social, and emerging formats.
- 6‑8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, or digital campaign leadership roles in agencies, studios, or consultancies.
- Fluent in German; a very good level of English is appreciated.
- A portfolio that blends storytelling with innovation, featuring case studies that demonstrate brand presence built through digital means.
- Strong understanding of digital behaviors, brand‑building principles, and the production realities of content in a platform‑first world.
- Expertise with technologies such as GenAI, immersive tools, or emerging tech, and the imagination to apply them creatively.
- Clear, strategic thinking and the ability to pitch and present ideas that balance creative integrity with client realities.
- A natural mentor and collaborator who brings positivity, ambition, and empathy into every environment.
