What we are looking for:

• Advising management in developing commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Conducting (digital) business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.
• Supporting the development of equity stories and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of private equity clients.
• Identifying client consulting needs, structuring problems, and assisting in developing solutions.
• Analyzing the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
• Maintaining close collaboration with internal digital expert teams across projects.
• Preparing presentations for client projects.
• Participating actively in workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process development for external and internal projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline with excellent grades.
• Master's degree focusing on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• Strong affinity for technologies, including digital marketing or AI.
• Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented, communicative team player with passion for the work.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
