Unity AG is seeking a Healthcare IT Transformation Consultant at all levels to work across various cities including Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Köln, München, Nürnberg, Paderborn, Stuttgart, and remotely. The role involves guiding hospitals, healthcare facilities, and related companies through digital change, focusing on topics like ePA, KHZG, and other HealthTech areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing IT strategy and transformation projects for healthcare organizations, incorporating modern architecture management, Cloud, GreenIT, AI, etc.
• Consulting management-level stakeholders in hospitals, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical, and medtech companies.
• Considering cross-industry technologies and trends in hospital structure design.
• Optimizing business processes for sustainability and competitiveness.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within client projects.
• Leading, coordinating, and developing interdisciplinary project teams.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare IT project management (junior level) or extensive experience in enterprise architecture (senior level).
• Degree in medicine, health economics, business, or technical fields.
• Strong interest in Smart Health, data architectures, and recent developments in healthcare technology.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Analytical, customer-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
