Job description
Tasks
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans, bills of materials, and cost calculations for composite materials
  • Implementation of technical changes in production documents such as SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions) or digital lay-up books
  • Request and contribution to tooling design for manufacturing
  • Review and approval of technical drawings and regulatory documents
  • Clarification of technical issues in production and handling of non-conformities
  • Root cause analysis of production issues and definition of corrective actions
  • Execution of PFMEA analyses (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) as part of cross-functional teams
  • Involvement in the Core 4.0 optimization project
Requirements
  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or composite materials
  • Several years of experience in work preparation as well as in manufacturing / production
  • Solid knowledge in plastics and rubber technology, project management, supply chain / logistics, and experience as a technical clerk
  • Confident working with MS Office, SAP, and Google Suite
  • Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
