As our Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in further building, maturing, and operationalizing our compliance ecosystem. You will be a key contact for all things integrity and compliance. You’ll help shape how compliance works across the company, design clever processes, and build the foundations that allow us to scale without friction.

Your area of responsibilities include:

• Level up our Compliance Management System and bring it to full audit readiness while keeping it lean, intuitive, and scalable
• Shape our company culture by fostering awareness, transparency, and a shared sense of responsibility for integrity
• Create and evolve policies, guidelines, and practical processes ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal standards
• Conduct compliance related risk assessments, identifying gaps and ensuring risk‑based mitigation strategies are in place
• Act as a trusted advisor for colleagues, answering compliance questions with clarity and pragmatism
• Build and deliver engaging trainings—online, in-person, creative formats encouraged
• Own Business Partner Due Diligence, including OSINT research, risk evaluation, and decision documentation
• Design innovative compliance tools and workflows, using automation, data, and AI wherever it makes sense
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, InfoSec, Finance, Communications and other enabling teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Monitor relevant regulations and translate them into actionable steps

About You

• Preferably a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a clear compliance‑focused legal profile and deep commercial and business acumen; alternative profiles with equivalent, demonstrable expertise are also welcome.
• You have gained experience of at least 7 years in Compliance
• You know how to set up, run, and improve audit-proof compliance processes in a tech, manufacturing or real estate company
• You are excited to leverage automation, data, and AI to make compliance scalable and future‑ready
• You’re curious, hands-on, and excited to build instead of just maintain
• You have an independent, structured and highly analytical working style
• You are an assertive character with entrepreneurial and service oriented mindset
• You communicate clearly, connect easily with stakeholders, and can translate regulation into real-life guidance
• You have a proficient level in both English and German language
