A leading social media platform is seeking a Communications Manager for the DACH region to develop and execute communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing communications for well-known brands, showcasing strong relationships in media and stakeholders. Located in Berlin, the role involves collaborative efforts with internal teams and external partners to enhance the platform's reputation and engage key audiences effectively.
The global Communications team is the voice of the company while being the guardian of the company's reputation. The team is responsible for telling TikTok's story, managing the company reputation, engaging in meaningful conversation, and building positive sentiment for the company. Though our reach is global, our strength lies in leaning into local — understanding, celebrating, and building with the communities around us. On a daily basis, the team serves as a strategic partner for all functions in advancing business objectives.
We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Communications Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland to join our DACH Communications team.
In this role, you’ll help shape how TikTok is understood across the region, refine and execute our communications approach, spotting narrative opportunities early, and support managing issues with care.
Working closely with colleagues in Content, Brand Marketing, and Trust & Safety, you’ll play a key role in building trust with media, creators and opinion leaders, helping them see how TikTok contributes to culture, innovation and the broader entertainment ecosystem across the DACH markets.
