Positions available in: Dsseldorf, Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr

PLAYERS is a rapidly growing, mission-driven sports entertainment group originally from France. Since launching the 4PADEL brand in 2014, PLAYERS has become the leading indoor padel network in France, with nearly 150 courts across 25 clubs.

In June 2025, PLAYERS made its bold international debut by acquiring five premium clubs across Germany—Berlin, Dsseldorf, Essen, Münster, and Mülheim an der Ruhr—adding 40 padel courts under the 4PADEL brand.

With this expansion, PLAYERS aims to bring its signature blend of high-quality facilities, dynamic community energy, integrated digital tools, and inclusive club culture to Germany.

Tasks

• Responsible for the clubs' financial and operational results.
• Promote club sales within WAP's operational standards.
• Maintain effective operations following WAP's routines and guidelines.
• Ensure training academies, events, and tournaments are planned, promoted, and executed to exceed player expectations.
• Lead and develop employees, including recruiting new staff.
• Set and follow up on operational and financial goals for the club.
• Take ownership of the club's sales and financial results, including budget tracking and proactive measures.
• Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute WAP's central initiatives, routines, and concept standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws, security routines, and sustainability policies.
• Maintain merchandise handling according to routines.

Requirements

• Padel experience, preferably with a coaching background.
• Strong leadership skills, actively delegating and managing tough discussions.
• Motivates employees around common goals.
• Provides excellent customer service, helping customers connect with the community.
• Maintains open, proactive communication with Regional or Country Manager.
