To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time, we are looking for a Chief Superintendent (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure all vessels in your team are technically operational, compliant with regulations and managed within agreed budgets
• Implement management requirements through effective leadership
• Lead and develop your team, fostering efficiency and safety
• Manage budgets, monitor vessel performance, and oversee docking planning
• Act as main point of contact for classification societies, flag states, and regulatory bodies

Your profile

• Several years of experience in ship management, preferably as Chief Superintendent or Fleet Manager
• Extensive seagoing experience in a responsible position as Chief or Second Engineer
• Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Commercial mindset and the ability to manage budgets effectively
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
