Based primarily at our headquarters in Oberhaching, with occasional business travel to Cologne, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth – all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• As CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies.
• Drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth.
• Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
• Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management.
• Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems.
• Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners.
• Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Several years of senior financial leadership experience in a leasing company, including a valid BaFin license.
• Proven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS).
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumen.
• Solid experience in credit decision-making and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts.
• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
• (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments – advantageous but not required.
