About the Role

As a Chemikant (m/w/d) in der Wirkstoffherstellung, you will be directly involved in the production of liquid and paste-based active ingredients for our premium vehicle care products. Working closely with product development and production teams, you will handle raw materials, operate mixing equipment, and ensure product quality through in-process chemical analysis.

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Location: Sigmaringen, Germany (on-site only)

• Workload: Full-time (40h/week, minimum 30h possible)

• Contract: Permanent, with 6-month probation period

• Language Requirement: German (B2+) or very strong English skills

What You’ll Do

• Handle, stage, and verify chemical raw materials

• Produce liquid and paste active ingredients according to recipes

• Operate, clean, and maintain mixing kettles and equipment

• Calculate formulation component quantities precisely

• Conduct in-process analyses and release finished batches

• Transfer products into storage tanks or saleable containers

• Prepare customer-specific samples for testing and sales

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training as Chemikant or comparable qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in chemical production (vehicle care, detergents, coatings, or related chemistry preferred)

• Physical fitness for manual production tasks

• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork skills

• German language skills (B2+) preferred; alternatively strong English

Nice to Have

• Experience with car wash / vehicle care chemicals

• Existing network in the vehicle care chemical industry
