Position

Campaign Manager (f/m/x) for France – based in Berlin and part of our French-speaking Campaign Management team. You will collaborate closely with six other Campaign Managers, sharing insights and strategies to drive campaign success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored digital media strategies and recommendations in response to client briefs, aligned with their objectives.
  • Set up and manage online advertising campaigns across networks (Bonial Media, Meta & Instagram Ads, Google & YouTube Ads, DV360, and others).
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on client KPIs.
  • Prepare and present campaign results to clients through regular reporting during and at the end of campaigns.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end, continuously seeking improvement.
  • Lead innovation by testing new advertising networks and formats.
  • Work to tight deadlines while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to improve products.
Job requirements
  • Excellent French language skills; fluent in English.
  • At least two years of experience in Campaign Management, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Hands-on digital media buying experience with proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; DV360 programmatic experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organization and a client-oriented approach to liaise with internal teams, clients and external partners.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
