Join our Corporate Business Services (CBS) team within the Group CFO organization as a Business Process Analyst P2P. In this role, you'll optimize and streamline global P2P processes, drive automation, and support strategic objectives through data analysis.

For our CBS team we are looking for a Business Process Analyst P2P (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks
  • Enhance Purchase-to-pay (P2P) process efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead automation initiatives for PR/PO and Invoice workflows
  • Utilize data mining to identify process improvements, Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on specific P2P processes
  • Monitor KPIs to assess process health and Report P2P metrics and outcomes to leadership
  • Collaborate with the Finance, IT, and Procurement departments to streamline the P2P process
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Deliver P2P process related trainings
  • Support system implementations and upgrades
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or related processes
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and P2P tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Lean Six Sigma and project management certifications are advantageous
  • Independent worker with effective global team collaboration
  • Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI) is a plus
  • Experience with process mining/process modelling tools (e.g. Celonis or Aris) is a plus
