Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO, the strategy department and senior leadership to define and execute growth strategies across product categories and markets
• Lead commercial performance analysis across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards tracking sales, margin, inventory, and promotional effectiveness
• Conduct pricing and promotional impact analysis, variance tracking, and demand forecasting
• Deliver competitor benchmarking and category insights to inform product and channel strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Prepare board-level presentations and strategic memos
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including geographic expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and reporting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
• Sound experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or commercial analytics within consumer goods or retail, ideally combined with corporate strategy or project management experience
• Proven experience working with C-suite stakeholders in a high-growth, multinational environment
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and category management
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, networked thinking and storytelling skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
