Your Role
- Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
- Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization, and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts like data cleansing.
- Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Design, own test cases, and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and if necessary, across SBUs/segments).
- Assist in the formulation of training materials and, if necessary, deliver end-user training, in coordination with the training lead.

Your Profile
- Relevant professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management, with experience in analyzing business requirements and process modeling.
- Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on SD/EWM/TM modules.
- History of overseeing complex projects in major international firms with various stakeholders.
- Results-focused, with a meticulous attention to detail and a conceptual working style.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a plus.
