My client is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, renowned for its commitment to sustainable solutions and innovation. They are seeking a highly skilled Business Development & M&A Manager to join their team and drive growth in the renewable energy market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the acquisition process for wind and (PV) projects, including the negotiation of development and purchase agreements.
  • Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Germany and Europe to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities within the German renewable energy market.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key players in the energy sector to enhance business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the expansion of digital platforms and the automation of business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business development and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on supporting transactions in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities, confident communication, and strategic and economic thinking.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
