Your profile:
- You are astrong communicator and a trueteam player.
- You bring apassion for sales and customer relationships and are ready to dive into new, complex topics.
- You have experience insales,account management, orconsulting in the B2B sector. A background in SAP is a plus.
- Aconsultative approach is second nature to you. You understand your clients' challenges and needs and can support them in finding optimal solutions for their requirements—whether through software solutions or consulting services.
- Negotiation skills and proficiency withCRM tools set you apart. You know how to build and maintainsustainable customer relationships.
- Ideally, you have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
- You feel comfortable speaking and giving presentations in both German and English.

Your job:
- You actively acquire new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors and handle inquiries to find suitable solutions for their needs.
- In the consultative sales process, you identify the best applications for our SaaS solutions andconsulting services.
- Together with our team, you develop and implement sales strategies aimed at building sustainable and value-driven customer relationships.
- You manage the sales pipeline for large deals, detect potential bottlenecks early, and take responsibility for the entire tender process for complex projects.
- Through close collaboration with business development, marketing, and product teams, you ensure that our solutions remain up-to-date and aligned with customer requirements.
- Success measurement and regular reporting are also part of your tasks, with a focus on KPIs that reflect long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue.
