We’re looking for a Business Analyst, Real Estate (d/f/m) to join our Sales Operations team at Kleinanzeigen. In this role, you will combine your analytical mindset with strategic thinking to support our commercial real estate customers and help scale our growing business. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Sales Operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze commercial performance across categories, products, campaigns, sales channels, and customer segments, with a strong focus on real estate clients and their business models.
- Design, develop, and monitor financial and non-financial metrics across marketing, product, sales, service, and accounting dimensions.
- Translate complex business questions into clear dashboards and presentations that drive decision-making.
- Provide insights on market developments and customer needs in the residential real estate segment.
- Automate recurring analyses (e.g., sales campaigns, business goal tracking, data quality).
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate tools, applications, and data sources that improve our commercial processes.
- Develop methods and standards that support the growth and scaling of sales, customer service, and financial operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to align market insights with data-driven recommendations.
Who You Are:
- You hold a degree in economics, business informatics, or have equivalent professional experience.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in business/data analytics, ideally in a B2B platform or marketplace environment.
- You are familiar with the German residential real estate market; experience in buy-sell-rent transactions is a plus.
- You have solid experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Python, AWS).
- You are experienced in working across various functions such as sales, customer service, and finance/controlling, and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and German (B2+ level).
