• Experience working within an eCommerce function as an analyst or technical BA.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce web platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with exceptional written and documentation abilities. Ability to clearly translate business needs into technical documentation.
• Strong leadership skills—guiding, inspiring, and motivating teams and stakeholders with a clear vision and set of deliverables.
• Ability to find viable solutions considering technical constraints.
