Responsibilities

Your job is to help our strategic customers make sense of SAP Business AI and get it working for them — practically, not just on paper.

As an Implementation (Junior) Specialist for Business AI, you will support strategic customers in activating and adopting SAP’s latest Business AI solutions.

Your role requires expertise with Artificial Intelligence, but also with adjacent technological challenges like security and compliance that are relevant in an enterprise context. Through the support of your teammates and the close collaboration with product management and engineering teams you will quickly become adept at handling even complex customer scenarios and drive adoption of our solutions.

Qualifications

• An excellent university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, PhD) is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL and similar technologies; knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Technology Platform) is a plus.
• Keen interest in supporting customers to leverage artificial intelligence at enterprise scale.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
