Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer account for OES business (existing business, serial life + EOP phase, changes, and new opportunities)
  • Coordinate daily with plants and internal teams (logistics, quality, IT, finance, R&D, marketing)
  • Act as the key interface between customers and plants on operational and commercial topics
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, monitor satisfaction, and drive improvement actions
  • Prepare and update commercial offers (parts, investments, engineering costs) with the Sales Manager
  • Manage after serial life pricing and lead negotiations with customer Purchasing teams
  • Contribute to commercial strategy, budgeting, and planning through market analysis and insights
  • Use SAP and Excel for quotations, reporting, and follow-up activities
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or project management within an industrial environment is a strong plus
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Strong command of Excel and SAP/ERP systems
