Job Description

ABIM Coordinator (m/f/d) for Area Europe will be supporting the implementation of the BIM strategy across Doka’s European country organizations. Your mission starts to ensure the successful implementation of Revit and demonstrate tangible progress toward full BIM implementation in our design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementing a comprehensive BIM strategy for Europe in alignment with Doka’s global goals
• Monitor progress and report on key milestones and success indicators
• Ensure the rollout of BIM processes, tools, and standards across engineering teams
• Coordinate with country teams to gather and align requirements for formwork systems and related developments, ensuring efficient collaboration and avoiding duplicated efforts
• Provide training from entry to expert level users for REVIT and CDE (Common Data Environment)
• Promote BIM internally and externally, showcasing its benefits and business impact
• Be part of the internal BIM network across HQ and European locations.
• Serve as the functional lead for BIM Coordinators and BIM Key Users across part of the European country organizations

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, construction management)
• Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and digital workflows
• Full REVIT know-how
• Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)
• Experience in graphical programming interfaces (Dynamo, Rhino) is a plus
• Passion for digitalization and innovation in construction
• Management skills, willingness into development in Leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High level of self-motivation and results orientation
• Willingness to travel across Europe if needed
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus

Additional Information

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 47.586,56 according to the collective agreement in Austria (woodworking industry).For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
