Ampler produces lightweight e-bikes for urban commuters, designed to make everyday rides easier while being environmentally friendly. Our e-bikes simplify cycling and contribute to sustainability—completely free of traffic jams and parking hassles.

What tasks await you? As a Bicycle Mechanic (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the careful repair, assembly, and maintenance of our modern and easy-to-service e-bikes for customers or our test fleet. You will uphold our premium quality standards and handle quick fault diagnoses, including remote diagnostics.

What skills should you bring to thrive in this role?

1. You have successfully completed training as a bicycle mechanic or are in the process of completing it.
2. Your passion for tinkering, good self-organization, and structured working style make you perfect for the daily tasks around Ampler bikes.
3. Strong English skills are essential to stay informed and communicate effectively.
4. German language skills are not mandatory but are a plus, especially for communicating with local customers.
5. A strong customer-oriented mindset completes your profile.

Who will you work with? Ampler e-bikes are designed, produced, and sold by an international team of around 60 people in Estonia, Switzerland, and Germany. Our headquarters is in Tallinn, Estonia, where we manufacture our e-bikes. The rest of the team is based in Berlin or Zurich, home to our showrooms. We take pride in our strong team values, which guide us in the right direction for every decision.

You will be part of the international Warranty & Service Team and collaborate with Berlin-based mechanics and showroom assistants.
