A leading global active asset manager is seeking an Auditor Transition Support for a 12-month project based in Luxembourg. The role involves supporting the Fund Auditor Transition program, coordinating meetings, and preparing project documentation. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in asset management, a strong understanding of investment fund processes, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with French or Italian as advantages.

Your mission
  • Support the Fund Auditor Transition program and ensure alignment with project milestones
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in the implementation of digital audit tools
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, fund boards, and regulators
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and elevate issues when needed
  • Maintain oversight across all impacted funds throughout the transition process
Your profile
  • 5+ years experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting
  • Strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive, organised, able to work independently and within a team
  • Languages: English (mandatory); French / Italian are an advantage
