About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Consultant to join our client in Germany. In this role, you will guide clients through the successful design, implementation, and optimisation of Atlassian solutions, with a strong focus on cloud migration projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations leverage Atlassian tools to improve collaboration, project management, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Atlassian Cloud migration projects, including Jira, Confluence, and related applications.
• Consult with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Atlassian solutions.
• Configure, customise, and optimise Atlassian tools to support workflows and best practices.
• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation to empower end-users and administrators.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with client environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
• Proven track record in Atlassian Cloud migration projects (Server / Data Centre to Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related Atlassian Marketplace apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
