Overview

Associate Director, Customer Technology Advisory - Security & Resiliency at Kyndryl. Join our dynamic Go-To-Market team as a Customer Technology Advisor and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team. You will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities, collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners, and deliver value through demonstrations and compelling presentations that showcase our credibility in the industry.

You will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners to develop profitable deals and exceed customer expectations. Your end-to-end domain knowledge and certifications will establish you as a true authority in your field and enable you to deliver value-driven solutions within the practice services domain.

Responsibilities
  • Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.
  • Lead the pre-sales process to ensure quality and compliance verification, and develop winning technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to generate winning responses and co-create optimal technical solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to foster joint solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concepts, and prototypes to show tangible value to customers.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end domain knowledge, align with practice subdomains, and leverage external certifications to establish authority.
  • Identify intricate business and technical requirements of customers and leverage Kyndryl capabilities to develop cross-practice solutions.
  • Communicate technical benefits of Kyndryl’s capabilities with strong customer-facing skills and an articulate, professional style.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements and ensure adherence to Kyndryl best practices in pre-sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions in a practice.
  • Experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
  • Prior consultative selling experience.
  • Externally recognized as an expert in technology and / or solutioning areas, including certifications supporting subdomain focus areas (e.g., Application Data and AI; Cloud; Core Enterprise and zCloud; Digital Workplace; Network and Edge; Security and Resiliency).
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling technical services for multi-industry customers.
