What the job involves

• Screening and evaluating new investment opportunities across core target sectors
• Building and analysing detailed financial and LBO models
• Supporting transaction execution, including commercial, financial, and legal due diligence
• Assisting with deal structuring and coordination with external advisors
• Preparing investment materials for internal investment committees
• Working with portfolio company management teams on value creation and buy‑and‑build initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Analyst: 1–3 years of experience
• Associate: 3–6 years of experience
• Experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), consulting, or transaction services
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Clear interest in active ownership and hands‑on value creation
• Strong academic background with a Master’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
