Position Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to motivate and lead the team to achieve store productivity and sales goals. Your responsibilities will include training, customer service, operational tasks, and ensuring the store operates in alignment with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, meet budget objectives, and monitor monthly profitability.
  • Educate and train associates on current collections, brand pillars, and seasonal strategies, working with internal teams for product support.
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales experiences to build and retain customer loyalty.
  • Analyze monthly store performance and report on business trends, including competitor performance.
  • Manage daily merchandise processing, including incoming and outbound shipment requests.
  • Support staff development through coaching, performance reviews, and timely feedback.
  • Allocate staff resources and schedules to optimize sales and customer service.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret selling reports and adapt to business needs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a commercial awareness to drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
