Job description
Tasks
- Quality inspection of components and systems according to defined checkpoints
- Support of cross-functional quality projects
- Execution and documentation of FAI inspections (initial inspections) and processing of quality notifications
- Planning, execution and follow-up of system, process and product audits
- Contribution to the development of quality processes and concepts
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with process and procedural standards in production
- Participation in DSQR meetings for coordination with the quality officers at the supplier
- Independent implementation of quality improvement measures
Requirements
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
- Many years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, quality assurance, technical documentation and process improvement
- Knowledge of aviation law (EASA / FAA) and experience with standards such as DIN ISO EN 9000 / EN 9100
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
