A leading research institute in Heidelberg, Germany, is seeking a highly organized Executive Support professional to provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief Investigator and Executive Team of the Australian Epilepsy Project. This role entails key responsibilities including managing communications, coordinating project activities and events, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior experience in executive support, strong interpersonal skills, and preferably knowledge of the medical research environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
The Australian Epilepsy Project (AEP) is a national-scale research program funded by the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) Frontiers Initiative and is made possible through the combined support of The Florey and other institutions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support professional to provide exceptional administrative support to the AEP Chief Investigator and Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the project.
