A leading language education provider in München is seeking an Activity Leader to manage and lead activities for students in a vibrant international setting. This full-time role requires full fluency in German and a welcoming demeanor to enhance the student experience. Responsibilities include planning excursions, ensuring student safety, and working collaboratively with the Activities Team. We offer immersive short‑term and long‑term language courses and programs across different languages in the countries where they’re spoken. Together, our global staff help students from around the world develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams.
You will lead our on and off‑campus activities and tours for our EF Language Abroad program students with the support of your campus team. You will engage with students on‑campus, ensuring they receive the best customer service and support during their stay with us, while enjoying the best activities and events your campus location has to offer. Activity Leaders are part of the Activities Team, reporting directly to the Activity Manager. These roles are offered on a full‑time, flexible basis that will involve evening and weekend shifts (Monday to Friday shifts: morning and/or afternoon and/or evening plus Saturday and/or Sunday full day).
