Principal Roles and Responsibilities

The main objective of this position is to ultimately help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Invoice processing
  • Processing expense requests
  • Basic administration
Skills Required
  • Being able to multitask, having a strong attention to detail, working well under pressure, and being able to think outside the box.
  • Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
