This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager / HR Transformation Consultant (f/m/d) in Germany.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for key enterprise clients, supporting HR transformation and employee experience initiatives. You will help organizations design and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, digital workplace adoption, and communication effectiveness. By combining account management expertise with HR consulting skills, you will ensure clients realize the full value of their technology investments. You will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with business objectives, lead workshops, and manage complex projects. The role offers opportunities to influence product development, optimize customer success practices, and contribute to long‑term client growth. Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence, and a consultative mindset are essential to drive meaningful impact.

Accountabilities
  • Take full ownership of strategic Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts, developing and executing tailored account and transformation strategies.
  • Advise HR, Communications, and C‑level stakeholders on employee communication, change management, and digital workplace initiatives.
  • Foster and deepen relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.).
  • Lead project management efforts, including Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic workshops, to maximize business value.
  • Represent the voice of enterprise clients internally to influence product, roadmap, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to evolving and scaling Customer Success practices for strategic accounts, driving consistency, excellence, and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Account Management, HR/Change/Transformation consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management, ideally in B2B SaaS with Enterprise clients.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset, able to identify business drivers and design multi‑level engagement strategies.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Hands‑on, independent approach with ownership mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Customer‑focused team player with charisma and the ability to inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
