You are fully responsible for the sales, service and support activities aimed at greenhouse vegetable cultivation in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You are responsible for the sales strategy, budgeting and further optimization of the sales organization within the horticultural sector. You develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers and internal and external stakeholders. You will mainly work from home and on location at the customer. You meet your Grodan colleagues physically and virtually at fixed times. You participate in innovative projects within Grodan.
