Description

Your mission is to join us in building and scaling our sales growth model as we aim for 1,000+ maintenance customers in the next two years. As part of a fast growing product within osapiens, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maintenance management, helping businesses reduce downtime, improve efficiency. Together, we’re creating tools that set a new standard for maintenance teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, with a focus on enterprise clients in the DACH region.
  • Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience.
  • Represent osapiens at industry events and conferences, becoming a trusted ambassador of our brand and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in maintenance, operations, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
