Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for an Account Director (d/f/m).

As the ideal Account Director (d/f/m), you are both strategist and relationship builder. You maintain a firm grasp of the saddle, demonstrate a deep understanding of customers, markets and brands and know how to successfully steer a large, complex brand through fast-changing communication environments. You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with creative excellence and operational clarity.

Your tasks:

  • Advises clients on strategic, creative, and business decisions
  • Identifies opportunities for account growth
  • Takes full responsibility for projects and overall account performance
  • Manages budgeting, forecasting and profitability
  • Leads scope, contract and pricing negotiations
  • Responsible for training, developing and mentoring the account team
  • Identifies talent within the team and supports career development
  • Ensures efficient workflows, resource planning and performance standards
  • Provides final oversight and approval for deliverables, presentations and strategic work
  • Manages escalations and ensures smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintains an effective flow of information to the Client Service Director / Management
  • Ensures integrated communication and alignment across all disciplines
  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills required
