Overview

During the 3-year training program to become Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d), you will have intensive theory and practice phases that are rewarded with two IHK qualifications: Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel (months 1–18) and Geprüfter Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d) (months 19–36). The program also includes Bildung in Berufs- und Arbeitspädagogik and the Ausbildereignungsprüfung, with the goal of taking on a leadership position within ALDI Nord.

Responsibilities

• In your practical phases, you will take on responsible tasks at one of our stores and learn how processes work in a large retail company: from ordering goods, goods receipt, presentation and storage, to sales and sales promotion measures.
• You will explore how these processes can be steered and optimized. In the Berufsschule, training contents include goods procurement, Controlling and HR management.
