Your Mission

Step into a high-functioning IT environment spanning 60+ distributed locations. Take the reins of a complex, multi-layered infrastructure where Windows and Linux systems co-exist, and seamless operations are the gold standard.

In this role, you won\'t just do support. You\'ll engineer reliability. You\'ll diagnose deeply. You\'ll design preventatively. And when systems strain under pressure, you\'ll be the quiet storm who restores order.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Administering and supporting client-server environments (Windows/Linux)
  • Analysing logs and root causes, identifying and eliminating system bottlenecks
  • Scripting automations and refining infrastructure using PowerShell
  • Managing network components including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Wi-Fi
  • Supporting and maintaining Active Directory, group policies, and authentication services
  • Planning and executing system rollouts and client installations
  • Documenting technical procedures and collaborating across teams
Who You Are
  • A proven support engineer who treats every technical issue like a mystery waiting to be cracked
  • Adept with PowerShell, Windows Server (2016–2022), and Linux environments
  • Fluent in networking fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices
  • A communicator who understands the human side of technology
  • Organised, dependable, and unflinchingly calm in high-pressure scenarios
  • Fluent in German, and comfortable navigating technical conversations in the language
