Operator I (Machine Operator)
Location: Monroe, Wisconsin
Operator I
This position is responsible for producing high-quality print outputs, products, and services utilizing printers or inserters. The role involves operating various printing, inserting, and finishing equipment, assisting with setup and maintenance, and running assigned machinery. The individual reports directly to the Shift Supervisors to prioritize client work requirements and ensure timely, accurate project completion.
You will also be responsible for:
- Learning, maintaining, and demonstrating knowledge of all job, equipment, and operating procedures.
- Monitoring print/inserting quality to ensure all work meets high standards.
- Receiving and processing work assignments based on management direction.
- Informing management of any production targets that cannot be met.
- Making suggestions regarding paper, productivity, and workflow improvements.
What It Takes
We prefer candidates with 6 months or less of machine operation experience in a similar or related field.
