Your New Role and Team

Sanctuary, a world leader in building physical AI for general purpose robots, is looking to hire a talented Marketing Multimedia Producer to join our award-winning Marketing and Communications team. The Marketing Multimedia Producer is a crucial part of our team, supporting the creative component of the function with compelling video, photography, and digital content that supports our initiatives. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of video and photo production-from concept to completion-including equipment management, product filming, and live event support. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you'll be a pivotal contributor to the overall product and corporate storytelling of our growing organization. We're looking for someone who thinks outside the box and transforms visions into compelling assets that standout.

As Sanctuary's Marketing Multimedia Producer, you'll be a valued part of the team as you support the continued improvement of our Marketing and Communications function, own the coordination of team project deliverables, and innovate best practices that drive continuous improvements to our multimedia strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to make a successful marketing and communications team in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world-AI and robotics are the start of a new technological era.

Success Criteria
  • Over the next year, you will have contributed to driving a successful marketing strategy that positions Sanctuary AI as a differentiated leader in Physical AI and general purpose robots by helping the team execute visually compelling campaigns that successfully articulate our product and corporate story.
  • Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will have delivered creative assets that contributed towards a consistent and compelling social media strategy (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) that resonates with our target audiences, and delivered engaging long and shortform videos for presentation decks, website content, and other relevant marketing projects.
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to plan video and photo shoots, including providing creative input, storyboarding, organizing sets, and managing the creation, editing, storage, and organization of media assets.
  • Proficient in recording and editing audio to enhance video and multimedia projects for shortform and longform projects.
  • Skilled in handling professional video, audio, and photography equipment.
  • Ability to develop creative assets that align with content strategy, branding, and company guidelines.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field; experience in B2B tech, robotics, and AI is preferred but not required.
  • Creative and skilled videographer and editor with experience capturing video and photos in various settings, including product demos, corporate environments, active workspaces, industrial spaces, and live events.
  • Experience filming and editing interviews, events, corporate b-roll, and product-related projects is essential. Has supported company marketing initiatives such as social media, leadership communications, training, events, tradeshows, and customer engagement.
  • Provides full-service videography and photography, including set preparation, lighting setup, capturing content, quality control, editing, tagging, and organizing files according to company standards.
  • Managed all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, production scheduling, teleprompter use, pre- and post-production, and content publishing.
  • Experience providing live event support, including sound reinforcement, video production, photography, and lighting for demonstrations and events.
  • Experience coordinating with outside resources for large-scale or remote projects is a bonus.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with standout experience.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard video and photography equipment to produce high-quality content.
  • Expertise in video production, including shooting with professional equipment, as well as video and sound editing.
  • Expertise in photography, including pre-shoot preparation, equipment handling, photo capture, and editing.
  • Must be comfortable working on Mac systems.
  • Experienced in industry-standard creative software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition, as well as other related tools and databases (candidate will be able to select their preferred editing software, including DaVinci).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage projects efficiently and consistently.
  • Aware of and follows best practices for storing and organizing photo and video assets.
